Careful consideration is given to selecting appropriate insulated paneling for the application, meeting the requirements of a cost-effective solution to fire safety, ease and speed of construction, high thermal R-values and zero water retention.
This 7,000m2 purpose built Cheese Maturation Facility was negotiated with Fonterra and developed from preliminary concept design to an operational handover in less than 12 months.

This project involved the complete design and delivery of a 12,000m2 distribution centre in Palmerston North. The facility supplies frozen and chilled products to Foodstuffs supermarkets from Wellington to Waiouru.
Fonterra Cooperative Group Limited operates milk processing facilities across New Zealand and sought to consolidate distribution systems in its southern New Zealand operations by constructing a new distribution centre in Mosgiel.
The project involved the construction of a new coldstore, chiller, dry goods and produce/ELA area within an existing building using various thicknesses of Kingspan coldstore wall and ceiling panel. In addition a new single storey office block which extends inside the facility.

Apollo were engaged on a negotiated basis to provide the design and project delivery for this 2,800m2 temperature-controlled food service distribution centre in Hastings, which was completed in February 2013.
