Accounts Administrator (Fixed-term) - Christchurch
Apollo Projects is on the look out for an experienced Accounts Administrator to cover a fixed term maternity position for 10months.
We are looking for people who have proven skills/experience in the following areas:
- Account, creditor and debtor data entry, reconciliations and investigations through to resolution
- Coding, authorisation and processing of sub-contractor, client, consultant and supplier invoices
- Attention to detail
We want someone who is naturally inquisitive; someone that can spot an anomaly a mile off and wants to get to the bottom of it every time! We also want someone who has lots of initiative, self-motivation and a confidence to deal with a variety of suppliers and contractors, even when it involves asking for money!
