This turn-key design build project for New Zealand Couriers has created a purpose built central logistics hub in Hamilton to meet the unique requirements of Freightways five individual express package businesses.
The facility consists of a 3,250m2 package sorting and storage area, a 925m2 drive through canopy and 800m2 of office and amenities.
Apollo Projects were engaged by the Glenburn Group to manage the design and build of a new office and warehouse facility at Wigram Business Park.

This 5000m2 branch office and operations facility for Tourism Holdings Ltd was completed in August 2015 at the new Mustang Park industrial development, and is the largest facility of its kind in the world.

This project has been completed in about a third of the time it normally takes to design, plan and build a major police station. It’s been an outstanding effort from everyone involved. This is a very different environment from the premises we’ve occupied in the past. It’s modern, spacious and high-tech – and having so many of our staff on one site is encouraging us all to work more collaboratively.
