Project Details

Apollo was engaged in 2023 to deliver the design and build of a new warehouse for expanding logistics specialist ESR.

The $41m development was completed in less than a year, and despite the ambitious timeline, remained on track throughout delivery thanks to clear planning and communication and strong teamwork.

Spanning 22,000m² of warehouse space and 1,000m² of office facilities, also features a range of innovative sustainability measures and has achieved a 5 Green Star rating. The design incorporates solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, eco-mix concrete, EV charging stations, and acoustic ceilings with high-grade insulation. Extensive waste management and off-site recycling ensured a low environmental footprint throughout construction.
