We believe smart design is safe design. By collaborating closely with clients and trades, we identify risks early and build in solutions that make facilities safer to use, maintain, and eventually deconstruct - adding long-term value and peace of mind.
On Site
On site, we focus on the presence of strong, visible defences. Our comprehensive systems, inclusive coordination meetings, and documentation suites ensure everyone is informed, engaged, and protected. We foster a culture of open communication and shared responsibility, backed by regular audits, inspections, training, and leadership involvement.

Critical Risks
To support our HSE vision of delivering better outcomes, we’ve introduced ‘non-negotiables’ for our critical risks (the activities that carry heavy potential to cause life-changing harm), to protect ourselves, our teammates, and everyone around us.
Our non-negotiables are about equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to make safe choices, every day. And there are no exceptions. Every person - whether an employee, subcontractor, client, partner, or other - shares responsibility for upholding our non-negotiables on site.
Our critical risk non-negotiables are safeguards with clear expectations, grounded in real experiences and lessons learned across industry. They exist because we care about the safety of our people, and when it comes to critical risks, there are no second chances.
