Indevin Barrel Hall

This new purpose built Red Wine incorporates an internal Premium Red Cellar and separate external Commercial Red Cellar. The 600 tonne complex includes both bulk and whole bunch red grape receival systems, destemmer and press equipment, and automated stalk and mark removal. the open top red fermentors can be gravity feed via an overhead gantry system and have capability for pneumatic plunging.

The complex includes a separate temperature controlled Barrel Hall facility with a total capacity of 1,750 barrels. In addition to the main hall, two separate environmentally controlled barrel rooms provide independent air conditioning and humidification systems.
