Apollo provided the construction management and winery services design and delivery for this two level, gravity fed Pinot Noir winery in Central Otago. The winery utilises the latest processing technology and is designed to process 600 tonnes of fruit.

The custom design technology used in the recycled waste plant is a first in the New Zealand wine industry. Amisfield Winemaker Jeff Sinnott says “The state-of-the-art building showcases leading edge technology.”

The building has been designed to be consistent with the tough, dry and arid Central Otago Environment.
