Tantalus Winery, Canada
Tantalus Winery is a small boutique winery located in Kelowna the main wine region of British Columbia. The project involved the part demolition of the existing facility that the winery had out grown with a new purpose built winery, barrel storage and cellar door being constructed by a local contractor.
Apollo Project was engaged as an advisor to provide the best process design and layout to suit the winery needs.
