The demolition of an existing racked freezer and sorting area located in Carmen Road, Christchurch made way for the construction of a new 1,070m2 coldstore and 216m2 environmental load out area.
The demolition and construction was conducted in the centre of the existing Carmen Road facility and was done without disrupting normal day to day processing operations.
