Our commitment to projects is absolute and we believe the best outcomes are achieved by supporting an innovative and fun working environment. We rely on and trust our people over rigid systems. Systems can remove the personality that makes us all different – they’re necessary, but only as support to the individual, not vice versa.
We build teams around particular projects based on the expertise required. This team provides a single point of contact and responsibility to ensure that the promises made at the start of the project are delivered.
Apollo believes that the more we are involved the better we perform. In many cases, we are the client’s first point of contact and we drive the project through all stages from concept, through design, budget establishment, the approval process, construction and commissioning. We manage the up front process and our construction team makes sure it all happens on site!
Our Way - Project Delivery
How best to describe what we do? 'Project Management' has many definitions but tends to define the upfront stages of a project and is generally seen as a passive involvement. 'Construction management' conversely describes only the final delivery onsite.
Our approach is different. Generally, Apollo has responsibility for the entire project. This includes engaging and managing all consultants, contractors and suppliers and the approvals process. We can also work with the client's existing consultant team, or take on a more technical, advisory role in the upfront stages. We have the flexibility to do what ever it takes to get the best outcome.
